A Walker Has Its Limitations

No fun using a "walker" believe me
Need assistance with every small task
Constantly asking for help
Puts a big burden on family members

If I could revert to my "pre-walker" days
A blessing it surely would be
Those jovial carefree days of my youth
Was a joy to be happiness bound

Then reality is in we're only here once
Life is just a one-act play
So make the most of it while we exist
A heavenly land awaits

You are a friend I would want to have all of my life... I am sorry you struggle somewhat in walking. As we get older we deteriorate somewhat. I suffer from EHS sensitivity electrical that is can't be around electrical devices too long even the computer my skin feels like it starts to give me a sunburn sensation have had it for a year and it has changed my life around. Ok so you cant take the escalator.... but at least you don't need a respirator,, as your feet shuffle and shift...you can always take the lift. (elevator). You cant use a walker with a supermarket trolley, But using the trolley as a walker proves rather jolly. Best Wishes.. Wendy.
