A True Friend
A friend is someone who is kind
That doesn’t mind spending a little time
Even when they have so much going on in their minds
A friend is someone to be there when you need
Not brushing you off like a real kool breeze
A friend is someone willing to listen
To all your faults, fears, disappointments and ambitions
A friend is someone that you can share
Your personnel feelings when you’re in despair
A friend is someone who wants to be around
When you’re feeling lonely and feeling down
A friend is someone who will not judge
Instead will give you that push and that extra nudge
A friend is someone who’ll help you towards your dreams
Giving you the inspiration to help you breathe
A friend is someone that lends a helping hand
Also will give to others and teach them how to stand
A friend is someone that shows love and care
About you and will always be there
A friend is someone who will stand by you when you’re feeling like a lost child
Will encourage you, pray with you until you are found
A friend The Bible says should stick closer to you than a brother
Who will help out during times of your struggles
A friend is what Jesus said that we should be
That is what A True Friend is indeed!
Proverbs 18:24
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
