A Trend To Die For

A fresh new wound
Neatly carved into your flesh
It seems like everybody's
Following this new trend

The tearing of skin
Blood flowing out
A sadistic smile
Emerging on your lips

Does it feel good?
Does it make you feel more like a man?
You've got a lot to learn
You're just wasting your time

But again, you cut
This one, much too deep
Your screams of agony fill the air
As the burning pain sears

Too scared to tell
Too panicked to think
You let the blood escape
Draining your life

I told you, there was much to learn
Now you lie there lifeless
This trend's not a game
But you gambled your life away
