A TITLE UNKNOWN
For I knew not what to do
I know not what was meant to be
I cast my soul upon the infinite sea
And what may come back is unknown to thee
For beyond the horizon is a field not shown
As I know not where I have been
I will not fear when my travels end
Or here behind my shadows grow thin
And when on some sunny day
I linger too long on the windows of worlds to see
I will see the sky reflecting beyond distant plains, evermore
For I know where I have been
If not who I was that day, so far away
My thoughts of you stray
As I cast my soul upon the infinite sea
And drift in the ebbs of time
I watch the world sublime
And wait for my soul to come back to me
