A Time and a Place

There's a time when the world makes sense
In the shadows of your dreams
Where your nightmares play
And your demons stay

There's a place where the heart's alive
In the darkest corners of your mind
Where your lifes tragedy sits
Tearing your soul to bits

There's a way that your blood flows
In the widest of your arteries
When spilled from your arms
Ringing deaths alarms

There's a time and a place when blood must be shed
In a drowning, bloody, shower of red
To slay the horrors of which I've said
For this life to join the dead

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
