A Thousand Reasons to move away from the light
There are always a thousand reason for:
Doing nothing.
Of others to stop thinking,
Making it difficult for some to stop drinking,
Or others from honesty shirking,
When it is disclosures we should be thinking
of giving
Not allowing thoughts of hate to be maturing
When it is ones of love nurturing,
That we will be needing,
If we want our heart to be rejoicing.
There are always a thousand reasons for:
Not telling,
Not sharing
Not caring,
Or taking the path of no return,
And moving away from the light to a room,
that is forever darkening.
Yet only one reason to;
Run towards the light,
And towards others be unconditional
in our Loving.,
While we are still living.
So, here's hoping,
My heart is still yearning,
For others in kind to be responding,
Prepared for less of my conditioning,
And just listening to the joy of my heart beating,
The sight of my eyes Twinkling,
And my lips quivering,
Even more joy bringing,
As in their uniqueness I am basking,
A uniqueness that requires from me no meddling,
Or conditioning,
If my heart is truly singing,
A tune that is loving,
Warm and inviting,
That entices a response in kind to be
worth considering,
