The writer obviously knew nothing at all about a day in the life of a lily! Aloha!

It sure would be nice, if what the Bible says of them is true!

I have never considered the lilies in this fashion before. Unique and creative! ~ gw

Thanks, gw. I have often thought of those lilies...whom God takes care of...according to the Proverb or Psalm (which ever) in precisely this fashion, especially when I think of the world's starving children.

I just finished watching that black-and-white movie and it brought back such fond memories of watching it when I was young. Of course I would always equate it with the Bible verse. Very creative Milton! Blessings xxoo

True, Milton, And between weather threats, terrorists and pandemics, I think having to deal with empty grocery shelves is a sign of “Future Shock” times. Recall that book? Oh, and the larger no’s. Of population, too. Nice how you penned a big nasty issue so elegantly. :-)

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment, Sally. Actually, I don't think I read "Future Shock." I'm still reeling from present shock.
