A testament to an Unknown Love
Never really knew you
But the emotions are the same
Still feel my heart soaring
When I hear your name
Never really parted
Never heard you cry
But I feel you sleeping
Under the same ol’ sky
There’s comfort there in knowing
That you and I are one
And we live in awe and wander
Underneath the sun
Rest sweet darling angel
As one day we’ll meet
And the joy we’ll find there
When we finally greet
Although we just parted
And we are not joined
Everything that brought us
Surely will bring us joy
So we’ll our purpose
And we’ll find our feat
Although we’re not joined now
Surely, we will meet
