A Tear Drop Ring

A Teardrop Ring

At wake of dawn, a new found morn
reflect of dream to comprehend
like beads, I thread the drops of tears,
what lives within it bares no blame,
a love to share is without shame.

No matter the holes no matter the puddles,
the ground I walk, confront my feet,
I bare the torch for you aloft,
the flame of which shall never cease

The teardrops thread that forms the ring,
around us stay remain within,
this bond of love that others seek
forever us remain unique
