A Taste of Life
Having drank deeply of life's many flavors,
I still thirst.
May the hunger of my soul's palette,
Never be quenched.
May my eyes find beauty,
Where none seems to be.
May my ears hear harmony,
When no one is listening.
May my tongue speak truth,
When lies seem to prevail.
May my hands always help a brother,
Even when i need help.
May my heart never grow cold,
Or my soul too old.
