A Tangerine Sky

Oh this morning how lucky was I,

I opened my curtains to a tangerine sky,

Golden sunbeams streaked 'cross the morn,

It made a mere mortal just glad to be born.

Then all the birds, in glorious voice

Greeted the day in cheery rejoice,

Happy as I to witness the sight,

Rising again, the Sun shining bright.
