Oohoo! Been raked over them same coals most of my life my friend. Their meat is being able to cause you pain so don't give them the satisfaction of knowing your discomfort. Hold your head high and keep on truckin'. Remember, they can hurt your body but not YOU because YOU are INSIDE. The only ones who can get in are those you ALLOW in. Great write. Gopd Bless, JB
