A Strange Couple

Steve lived in a flat.
Lucy lived in a bush.
They met in a park
in the city that shines.
Lucy was woozy
with ruffled hair
and a smiley face.
They talked all day long
Lucy the tramp
And Steve the bourgeois.
Love was floating
over their hearts.
Love was calling
their hungry souls.
