A scar in an area of high ground Is so difficult to reach; One will tread on the rough roads To learn lessons that they teach. An isolated or protruding rock Replenishes the thirsty soul; Knowing that God created it Amazing and beautiful. An isolated or protruding rock Is a beauty of nature; It feeds the poet's mind, Bringing him spiritual pleasure. A bare place the trekker has found Is on the mountainside; The wind whispers softly, As the moments pass and glide.
