A Spoonful of Snow

My long wait is over, the Christmas time is here The northern wind blows chill in thin December air Fading glow of frosty days freezes in the icy nights Fir trees sparkle as stars descend with their lights. With warmth of log-fire in heart I hail the holy night On branches of decorated tree my joy shines bright Serene sound of sleigh bells jingles near, I can hear It pulsates with the refrain rhythm of carol in the air. With the sheen moon fondly gives to new snowflake I’d illumine my love for whosoever would like to take When the Christmas candle in my heart would burn low I’d collect for you a piece of moon in spoonful of snow.
