A Spicy Halloween
Hot sauce placed at a booth.
Is that a monster tooth?
Also covered in spice, it’s not blood at all.
This is a new kind of festival this fall.
A vampire makes garlic free spicy chips.
Which are allergen free for anyone’s lips.
A werewolf with a flaming treat.
Is good enough for even a human to eat!
Eyeballs placed in red hot jelly.
There’s plenty of milk for monster tongue and belly.
Breathing out flames, hoping there’s no spark.
The werewolf starts to hiccup and bark.
A magical chili made by a witch.
Turns you into goo in a magical switch.
This Halloween, is a spicy food contest for every type of being.
Including a ghost who is turning to smoke we are seeing.
They thought a festive contest would not cause such churning…
But the vampire’s wings are burning.
Maybe next year, we’ll keep things sweet.
With non-spicy candy to eat.
It’s ok to have a normal Halloween this year.
Filled with colorful candy and fear.
And if you still want some spice?
Maybe we’ll leave a couple hot mice.
And a bone that’s saucy and not dry.
To give a try.
Halloween isn’t about the heat.
It’s about zombies with falling off feet.
And a werewolf gobbling up the worn out foot.
Which isn’t tasty and is more like soot.
Let’s keep Halloween spice-free this time.
And enjoy the natural taste of slime!
