A Special Chair

A rocking chair
You say isn't so rare.
Then why don't we have a spare?
To our little ones they're very dear,
Always near
To calm fears,
And to dry tears.
The one I own has a lot of wear,
Tear,
And has begun to look cloth bare.
Now it wears
Cat hair
With lots of flair.
Thank you for helping me through
So many years.
It was another way of showing my
Children how much I care.
