A Spark of Truth

Trimmed branches of remnant thought
Clutter the aisles of awakening
Gather passing particles of doubt
Struggle like a constrained tumbleweed.

A spark of truth, an errant idea,
Could ignite the entire maelstrom
Inflame a life’s mis-spent passion
Release the firestorm of hope.

Soft eyes a-flutter seize the flame
bathe in the searing purity
of vision without fear
of action without shame.

Wow John this is tremendously insightful. It reads like a famous quote that should be told for others to recognize. A favorite wisdom truly expressed here my friend...
