A Soul Awakened

So much conflicting thoughts
My heart bled and punctured
At different spots.
I dread my succeeding
My fear extremely nurtured
And greatly hampered my
proceeding.

Gradually, my fire burned out
Nothing, but a coward scout.

At the touch of grace
Strength swallowed my
weakness
Bold and back on the race
To my challenges, fearless

Awakened is my soul
Marching on with a victorious
sole.
