I'm not gonna let you miss me
I aint gone yet
But if it's a song you want from me my son
A song is what u'll get
But if it's a song you want before i'm gone
Can I ask of you to sing along
We can't sing no song thats already been sung
I wanna sing about me when I was still young
It will be a special song
But only if you sing along
Theres so much I have to say
And so little time left to play
In fact let's start tonight
Who knows what life has in store
You might fall in love tomorrow
And won't want a song from me no more
Let's not waist time
Let's start our song
Maybe we'll get lucky
And your mom will sing along
