A Sonata By Moonlight
Dancing in the moonlight
Fanciful figures appear in the mist
With flowing white gowns
And a crown of pink lilacs exist
Love conquers the coldest of hearts
Turns men into little boys
As peaceful as a sonata by moonlight
In its tenderness we all rejoice
True love is really beyond description
It can't be expressed in words
This feeling down in the pit of our being
It's the sweetest poem ever heard
Without love to help see us through
Life would be unfulfilling
Darkness would settle deep in our souls
So make sure love has top billing
