A Snails Pot Luck

There is only one thing
That taste that good to me
But you got to be careful
Of every Snail you eat
I was peeping by the window
Standing by the creek
But you have to be careful
Of every Snail that you meet
Some are provocative
An sometime's are very not
Some appear to be so delicious
They just need a Pot
So, I took them to my house
Laying them all about
Saving them for me later
To augment my Trout
I used just a touch of Salt
And my mother's ladle
And the next thing that
I knew, they became sushi
Much later
