A Small Christmas Package You have brightened my life. I have found you. A tiny piece of my past, worth saving. Something I can keep, as mine. I thought it was lost, I had accepted that, If not willingly, peacefully. You laughed just like I remembered. We both were lost in past journeys, for a moment or two… taken as kids to places remembered in dreams. Now, We both have children. We both have lives. but we… both now, have something… we did not have before. A chance to laugh, together one more time, even if it is… just for a little while. Good night, Nancy Drew. God give you every happiness. Prayers your life, is full… and happy… You, are a shell on the beach, found at the end of the day, to remember a journey worth taking. Ann

As always a very creative piece of poetry - we moved too many times as my father was in the army but have made friends along the way, not lasting, but here on soup I hope we all go to the end together, especially with you my friend. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

I am here dear sister... friend from afar. Until God says it is time... then I will see you again... His will... in the gardens of forever... near the gate, where you can see the stars at all hours of the day... lovely...magical... God Bless... Merry Christmas....

There is nothing like a childhood friend! I have two from third grade which means we have been friends for fifty-nine years! And we still laugh like eight-year-olds when we get together. Thank you for a beautiful reminder. I will call one of them tomorrow. The other, unfortunately, can no longer hear us on the phone.
