A Silent Cry

once upon a time I gave you my heart 
drop anything to consume you, 
dreamed of you asleep and awake 
saw your face in the clouds above 
you really had my love 
I wanted to catch the fire of your heart. 
wishing our love would never part 
I wanted so much to experience 
all the passion you wanted to give, 
but you just had to live in sin 
all I do is pray for the future, 
I was humble and I was bold, 
I thought you would be the one I could hold 
I grabbed onto each and every word you said 
all those words you said were dead 
I saw the sun's rays in your smile 
while walking around in denial 
I lived my life to be with you, 
but you treated me like your fool 
so many emotions and disappointments, 
craved the healing that you embedded in me 
I have prayed in silence to angels above 
because you had stole my love 
I thought our love would always cling 
baby I'm not just any fling 
so since you can't treat me like your queen 
it's time for me to be free..... 
no more you, me, and she....... 
it's going to be all about me.......
