A Shadow In the Darkness
Far away in the darkness I stay,
As I slowly start to drift away,
In the shadows I tend to hide,
Away from it all,
In the creeping shadows I shut my eyes,
Slowly melting into the darkness,
I try to shut down my mind,
My mind refuses to cooperate with me,
I'm waiting for it all to fail,
For it is my mind that torments me,
Drags me through this hell,
Resurrecting my memories of the days we spent,
Just you and me hiding,
Within the darkness of our shared world,
Away from them all,
