A Settler and a Wanderer Sit Down To Have a Chat
To wander life, an aimless fellow
Under sunlight, bright and yellow,
Walking roads and rough terrain
May seem to settlers quite insane.
To have a home and plot of land,
A friendly neighbors helping hand,
And happy tales of family lore
The wanderer would find a bore.
A settler and a wanderer sit down to have a chat,
Each asking of the other guy, "How could you live like that?"
The settler prays the wanderer will someday realize,
Yet over the horizon, the wanderers heart lies.
