A Ruby Dove

I do not usually write complex poems, but upon writing the first stanza I decided to continue.

A deathly treasure,
A ruby dove
Soaring with pleasure
Against the pearl above

She has passed
The Earth

She’s setting course

Past–
Her birth

Of her current corpse

Like a ruby
Leaving the darkest cave
Leaving unlit gems:
To be remain
