A Robin

Yesterday I saw a Robin That harbinger of Spring After eating his fill at my feeder He swiftly took wing I'd like to know where he came from I'd like to know where he's going I hope he is heading South Away from where it's snowing He was such a pretty bird I'd like for him to stay But I know he has to spread the news That Spring is on the way So hurry Mr. Red Breast Spead the happy word After such a long winter It's the best news I have heard You Gotta Love Those Robins!
