A Right Charlie

Charlie was a chimpanzee.
He was as unhappy as could be.
He was in love with Loopy Lu
Who was a a model in the mag Who's Who

I know what you are thinking, Chimps can't read,
Well, Charlie could, so I'll proceed.
Chimps and other primates have genes similar to ours.
Some of them, like humans, have Super Human Powers.

Charlie could read, that's how he saw Loopy Lou
She was more beautiful than any ape in the zoo.
She was a Model, as I mentioned before,
When she stood up, her hands touched the floor.

She had big eyes and pouting lips.
She walked like a model. When she walked she swayed her hips
As Charlie read the Magazine, he started to drool.
"Throw the mag away, Charlie, don't be a fool."

Charlie was confused and could only gape
Was Loopy Lou a human or, was she an ape.

Well done, except I worried Charlie knocked her for a loop? But yes, many people prefer a magazine to a possible rejection!

Thank you, Rico. Glossy magazines glamourise everything. I agree, you can dream what you like looking at a mag without fear of being hurt in any way....
