A Rainbow 'Person'Ified
A rainbow,
brilliant spectacle after
a rainy day
would you want it any other way?
Such the rainbow
as your favorite athlete,
musician, or even star
only able to be seen from afar.
The rainbow
in all it's beauty
ever wondered have you
what lies beyond the hue?
Perhaps a pot of gold,
perhaps your dream come true,
or perhaps that which you
wish you never knew.
Like that handsome man
or beautiful girl
youve been admiring from afar
best not knowing who they really are?
Would you rather
hold the rainbow
in it's ambiancing glory
or know the truth, perhaps, ruining the story.
