Whom we are all glad is decades dead

"It's not who votes that counts
~ It's who counts the votes"

That may have been true in the USSR
But not, of course, where free people are

I think that he was for most Soviets. Brrrr. What an awful dictator he was. According to internal counts, he presided over 120,000,000 murders of his own citizens. Can you imagine? And yet he was revered!
