A Queens' Locket

A Queen ….
Looked out
Upon gardens
Fresh and green
Thought of love
Thought of everything

How the colours
Moved and rippled
In the lightest breeze
How love flowed
In everything

Such a colour
A thought
To carry
In a locket

Heartstone Faeries
Knew the secret
Of love
Of everything

A locket of gold
Finest tracery
For a Queen
To hold

A locket made
Contained within
All the colour
All the love
Of everything
It would never fade

A Queens’ locket
To reveal
To you
What is mean’t
What is true
