A Puzzle On the Floor

A damaged heart thrown through glass...
A puzzle of emotions that had to pass...
Pieces shatter and land on the floor...
A destination that I could not ignore...

Left on the ground to repair this mess...
With hope and prayers and nothing less...
I fit the pieces back where they belong...
With blended cracks I move along...

The end result and a stonger heartbeat...
Wth rounded edges with a soulful treat...
Nothing left but an open window and broken glass...
And a soul that see's a love that won't pass...
