Clever and spot-on! You packed a lot of truth into these lines with just the right dash of humor. That last stanza especially hits home—honesty really is the best policy when it comes to kids. Great write!

Lies might help a politician’s career but the truth will come out at last, then they are seen as buffoons and they can’t walk on a balance beam without falling off!
