A Princess Like An Empress
A princess like an empress
Reigns like a tigress
Endowed with a physical form
Like a shelter from the storm
Her smile so contagious
That makes me completely delirious
Her love flows like a gentle river
Yet needs a good swimmer
Her heart beats wisdom
Her mouth preaches freedom
She sacrificed her royal blood
And builds her kingdom from the mud
Her soul lives in a cradle wrought of gold
And filled with glory yet untold
Her heart opens like a scroll
And her generosity echoes from soul to soul
Her kindness flows like a gentle river
And her personality lingers in my heart forever
Dedicated to Adebimpe Elegbede
