A PRAYER AND A TESTIMONY
How I love you, Jesus, for You first loved me;
You died on Mount Calvary that I might be free.
Though my sins were many, You forgave them all
When in simple trusting on Your name I called.
Though I’m often tempted, sometimes fall into sin,
You still will forgive me for You live within.
When I get to heaven and Your face I see,
I will thank and praise You for eternity.
These words written to “Now The Day Is Over.”
