A poem for the night
Starry night above ,
Look after my love.
Could you please send my regards to him ,
A distance apart but our love won't dim.
Moon guide him home ,
I'll write him a poem.
Two hearts conjoined to one ,
A story of how true love won.
Dear night serenade his sweet sleep ,
His smile is mine to keep.
I'll write him poems till the ink runs dry,
My love and words are as unlimited as the sky.
