A Poem for Her

I don’t think I’ve had a chance to express myself yet
But what I’m about to say might make you forget
The words I’ll say might leave you with no trust
But for all the dirt will clear thy rust

Starting off great and strong
Might soon turn into a peaceful song
As sharp as a tree you could be
Your beautiful brown eyes widen so bright
It can even be caught throughout the night

Your short silky brown hair
Will leave an individual long to stare
But your perfect face will leave no pace
So empty yet so dull, your beauty lightens up it all

Everything is perfect about you
I couldn't agree less
The way you see yourself is false
Because I see you as the season of fall

Your thoughtful and kind
I wish for time to rewind
To the first day we met I hope it will all be set
I’ve completed all my thoughts on this poem
Now it’s time to discuss what could happen further on

I have so many plans for us to do
And I’d like to discuss it all with you
A crazy idea that appeared in my mind
To bake a cake both hidden and blind

The secrets would reveal itself
Leading us to having no health
There’s other options too
But you're able to check what would suit with you

A drive back to past that I hoped would last
Where hanging out everyday was fun and forever never be done
We’re still friends don’t get me wrong
This poem has been written for quite long

A few words yet still meaning to be said
I hope this friendship lasts and never gets crashed
An opinion I have that might make you laugh
I’m thanking you for sticking by my side
When I had no one left behind…
