A Place Called Love

Love is not a thing we feel It's a place where hearts can grow An unseen land where dreams are born And travel to and fro A place where heartbeats beat the same Where memories can be made A place to dance beneath the stars With no music being played Where hugs and kisses stand in line And taught to wait their turn A place where tears are cast aside And hearts are taught to yearn Where honesty lives and learns to thrive A place we practice trust Where battles are fought and won each day Against that thing called lust Love is a place where lovers go A land where commitment is free A special place where hearts can grow A place we long to be
