A Photograph

A Photograph

The ‘click!’ of a camera echoes in the room,
To hear that sound is a heavenly boon!
It may not seem, but hear it this way,
You just captured life in a moment’s play,
With the click of a button, a smile on the face,
You hold art in your hand at a second’s pace,
To revisit your memories is so nostalgic,
What else would you call this but magic?
Past joys bring a strange delight,
Taking reality to a different height,
A camera is a craft of wonder,
But a photograph is a memory to remember!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your "photograph" thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
