A Phony Love In Vain

" A Phony Love In Vain "

These words I write with romantic dust
to blow into your eyes
with the hopes you see the loveliness
beneath my sad disguise.

To wrap you up within my arms
and cast the lovers spell
a stream of words that clearly speak
that have you love me well.

I type for you these precious words
flowing like a summers rain
soaking hills and then the fields
that all vanish once again.

With hopes that love will make you bloom
as you turn in fragile grace
gazing with your wanting lust
at someone else's face.

Lusting for what you should not have
a hurtful broken chain
another lover left to be unloved
A Phony Love In Vain.

You left me here wanting you
like trees must have the sun
you can not help your evil ways
I hope you find the one...

Another sad poem that I am drawn to like an insect drawn to light, I feel myself wanting to read your words beautifully penned and with such emotion. It's hard to believe someone could hurt you so, you seem so nice and so sweet. Thanks for everything. XOXOXO Aleera
