A NEW SEASON The city has been laid siege, Distruction and pillage are all around. The walls of the city, Have fallen to the ground. A new planting season has begun. Large harvast begin to reap, It's bountifulness. The inhabitance of the city, Celabrate a new growing season. Voices of children, Playing in the town square. The sun kisses the new season, With a large harvest. A celabration begins, The new year. A NEW SEASON by Norman Geary
