A New Path

My heart says
walk this path
for it's a path
filled with happiness

Take a step
feel the joy
don't be afraid
just take my hand

A feeling to accept
has arisen 
but silently inside
fright is hiding

Truly hoping
that it would remain there
I close my eyes
and take the first step.......
