A New Path

My heart says walk this path for it's a path filled with happiness Take a step feel the joy don't be afraid just take my hand A feeling to accept has arisen but silently inside fright is hiding Truly hoping that it would remain there I close my eyes and take the first step.......

Nicely written Maryann and a reminder to us all. I hope you don't mind if I suggest that you make it clearer which feeling you wished to "remain there" - At first, I thought you meant "fright", not "joy"
