Explanation of Unseeking Seeker's Quietus form: First stanza is a quatrain with 8-6-8-6 syllable count in end rhyme abab + Followed by 6-6-6 syllable count tercet, end rhyme ccc +Concluded by an equal syllable count rhyming couplet using refrain (any length as of poet’s choice) beginning with the first word (or words) of the first line, as the last line of the poemThe refrain (last line of poem) is also the poem title.The topic should be such as is uplifting. Spirituality, love, peace, joy, vibrance, forgiveness, empathy, compassion, meditation, consciousness growth and the like.

A New Life Begins Quietus

Ears open to obedience and pronounce your heart's worth. Hold thy lips disobedience, announce thy soul new birth. Come to thee like a bird love will fill and be stirred according to the word. turn away from sins a new life begins.
