A Mothers Wish
A mother’s wish for a child,
is that all your days are mild.
May all things go right,
and that you don’t have to fight.
May all your dreams come true,
and may you never feel blue.
May you experience joy in life,
without bitterness and strife.
May you experience love and affection,
and know no rejection.
May you have smooth sailing,
and not feel you’re failing.
May you choose the right path,
and enjoy every opportunity to laugh.
May you know no tears,
and cope with your fears.
May your life be beautiful,
and your outlook ever hopeful.
