A Mother's Prayer

A Mother's Prayer

A mother's prayer is summer time
shining in that darkened place
and removing all irrational fears
It transcends through time and space

Just like a lighthouse in the night
that warn of dangers up ahead
Is mother's prayers long in the night
As she kneels beside her bed

And just like a bottle of ointment
It can sooth away bad days
it can change one's destination
That's the power when mother prays
