A Mother's Love

A Mother’s love is hard to explain, it is
Many years of sacrifice, and sometimes pain
Only she can make that choice
To give that life to the unborn voice
Her choice is why I am here today
Every day she worries and will pray
Regardless of distance and time apart
She always has a part of my heart

Life without her is like being in a dark tunnel
Only her love will brighten and guide the way
Vehemently she loves me in her own special way
Every day I pray that she can stay forever and a day.
