A Mother's Love

A mother’s Love,
Purer than gold,
Wisdom and warmth untold.
A mother’s Love,
From one so kind,
Now a days so hard to find.
A mother’s Love,
Comes from the heart,
Helping those find light in all that is dark.
A mother’s Love,
Of the past leads the way,
For the mothers of the future and those of today.
A mother’s Love,
Is hard to describe,
So much beauty and joy divine.
A mother’s Love,
And kindness burns,
So fiercely that she gives all she has,
And asks for nothing in return.
A mother’s Love,
Received in so many ways,
Is now showered in gratitude,
And blessings on this mother’s Day.
