A Mothers Love
Dont tell him I'm dead she said
As I sat by her death bed
Holding her hand I said
Don't worry now mama
Just rest your head
You are the strong one she said
As I held back the tears
That would drown me for years
I smiled at her and said
Don't worry now mama
Just rest your head
Two years later
Her son was dead
The loss of his mother
Haunted his head
As I sat by his bed and said
Don't worry now bro
Just rest your head
