A moonlit Love

Saphire eyes lit by Luna's beams,
look on me with love, it seems.
My heart feels the love you bring,
come my dear, our love shall sing.

Shadows of love upon a wall,
as our temples rise and fall.
Sighs escape into the night,
come my love, our hearts take flight.

Stay close and never leave my side,
in love's embrace we both abide.
I breathe in your essence sweet,
as with love, our hearts do beat.

I lose myself in saphire eyes,
as we lie 'neath love-filled skies.
Every night I lie with you,
what more would a lover do.

The moon sings out a love-filled song,
as our love does play along.
dreams of love no more to be wished,
as by my passion, you are gently kissed.

You are now queen of my heart,
from your dear love, I shall not part.
Night after night, you are my love,
under Luna hanging high above.
